98 Blazer LT no spark! new coil, new ignition module?

New coil and ignition module, plugs and wires, transmission and cooler, fuel pump, filter, and relay, waterpump. Driving it sputtered then died. Now no spark from coil. Code po 1351 ci circuit high/open on scanner. At a loss please help!
