Do you believe everything you read in the news? Reports of events coming all base on the word of reporters....

I suppose you make a valid point. But there is faith and there is blind faith. I don't believe everything I read in the news, just like I don't believe everything I read in the bible. To take the bible as the literal word of God, simply because it's written as the word of God, would be as illogical as taking a newspaper as the word of God. I don't flat out deny the possibility but from what I've observed most of the bible is incorrect.
