Would a catch and kill tournament be good?

B have been illegally stocked near me and have become an invasive species. They are harming trout and salmon fisheries. There is no size or bag limit on them. I would like to promote a catch and kill b tournament. Whoever brings the most dead b to be weighed at the end of the day is the winner. Anyone caught releasing a live b would be disqualified. Would you enter a tournament like this? We could fillet them after the weigh-in and end the day with a fish fry.
