Why Does Yahoo put this story on the feature section?

I feel like this cyclone that happen is devastating killing over 22,000 but why not put this as featured instead of some damn story about some kid who takes off his jersey for wearing it all the time???? I feel like sometimes they dont put the most important news on that section...
