Can a dad who has done this?

can a dad who has been in his childs life since she was born and shes now 19 moth old but has been kept away by the fooloish mother for no reasons for 7 months....can a dad with no records only that of harressment and poss a injuction impossed by the mother to make further contact via a court harder can they stop me seeing my baby ??
