Sports personality of year - should it be called 'most popular sports' sportsman? who d'you think should win?

if it was a fair competition, surely it would go to phil taylor-he been the best in the world at his sport for years, and is the best ever at the game. All the others bar tony mccoy have only won singular titles or medals, and what's david haye doing on there?! If darts isn't a sport, don't put him on the list!
