Acl buy tickets off of craigs list question?

okay so im going to buy this 3 day p ticket from someone but they told me that they will give me the printp ticket and im supposed to go and turn it in exchange for the wristband the day of, but i thought when you bought a 3 day p onlne that they mail you the wristband? is this a fraud or do they give you wristbands that way too?
