Are granola bars healthy to eat everyday or often?.....protien bars?

if you bother to read the labels on those granola bars you will find they are not only high in sugar, they have loads of fat. Eat a balanced diet, with three servings (1/2 cup each) of veggies and fruits and you won't need the bars.
