Can i break a lease if the place is infested?

we just moved into a duplex and we killed 16 rats in two days. and there is roaches. i keep my house clean so there is nothing for them to get into. can i break my lease sine there is an infestation... i have two small kids so i know thats not a heathly enviroment for them
