Can Jered Weaver challenge Francisco Liriano for AL Rookie of the Year?

They both have phenomenal ERAs and winning percentages, but Liriano has way more innings pitched. Weaver pitches in a much weaker division though and may be able to keep up his pace more easily. What does everyone think?
