Had barium drink today at doctors now im so miserable?

i drank quite a bit of barium today at the docs while they were doing xrays for my digestion issues. Doc said its normal to have "chalky" stool. they also said it's normal to be constipated, gy, or have the runs. about 20 mins after i was done, i HAD to go to the bathroom. there's no substance to it... its just the liquid. I've already gone about 20 times already and still its just white liquid.My stomach hurts a lot and now im getting what looks similar to a diaper rash from the diarrhea. What can i use to help with that and is this normal and how long does it last? I'm so miserable and so glad i called out from work.. will i need to again for tomorrow? I don't even feel like im getting any better at all.
