I think i'm being used at work.?

i work for a well respected retail chain in the u.k. and they always make me buy certain clothes and make me stand at the front door to apparantly 'entice customers'. Also when the football matches are on at the stadium near the shop, they send me out of the store walking around to entice males to sign up for things. Also they are trying to persuade me to stand at the front of the store in lingerie! i'm not that shy or anything, its just strange how no one else it treated like i am. :/
