When will my German Shepherd stop growing?

I have had my German S. (kaiser) ever since he was 8 weeks. Now it has been a little over 1 year. He is roughly 90-95lbs. and runs a ton in my backyard. I am curious to when he will stop growing, because I feel he is somewhat 'small' compared to my neighbors German S. who is the same age. Will he continue to grow for another year?
