Does anyone think that the negitives of the olimpic games outweigh the good things? If so what are these?

I think all of the negatives are outweighed by the one positive that it brings so many different people together. I do think that the fact that it costs so much is a huge negative. But the fact that it brings so many people together and creates even just a perceived sense of togetherness is a good thing.
