Has the UK Housing Market reached its peak?

In a rational market there would have been a correction long ago. However the fact that people want 5x salary lent shows just how much people will do to be an owner occupier. I don't expect any slowdown soon unless there's governmental interference - i.e taxing Buy to Let, relaxation of planning rules.
