Suggestions for writing memoirs?

I love it and am doing the same. On days fibro cripples the hands I type bit. but will add these to the book. The jobs, lifestyles, finances, home made veggies, fruits canned, gardens, sewing clothes, the appliance that wer used if any any. Transportaion etc. I added about my mother adn siblings wear ing underwear and other apparel made from flour, sugar sacks. How many poor people in the past did not consider themselves poor that had families and not always the best but it was food to nourish the body. Ancestors getting to school or only getting 3rd grade eeducations but veing well taught in reading and spelling by home teaching. Share that wealth of knowledge we lose precious bits everytime an old loved one pes.
