Yearbook Article- Administration?

My first yearbook article due is Administration. I am a bit confused on what this covers. Different people have told me different things. Some people told me to only talk about the principal and vice principal. Others told me it also includes secretaries, lunch ladies, and custodians. Any idea on which it really is? I am also having trouble coming up with a catchy title, subtitle, and interesting things to put on the page. I understand that I can just write a boring paragraph on what the principal's job is, but no high schooler just wants to read that. Any Ideas?
